Include your Chrome version, the YouTube URL, the original and translated languages, what you clicked, and what appeared instead. A short sequence is more useful than a general description.
For a purchase, license, or refund issue
Include the Paddle transaction or receipt ID and the status shown in the extension. Never send card details, passwords, a complete license key, or exported study data.
